This public access TV program is designed to empower, motivate and inform about the ways to create total wellness for body, mind and spirit. 

Hosted by Badéish Lange and Pauline Nortness, the one-hour program is aired in the Portland, Oregon area.  Each program features a special guest covering specific topics and wellness modalities on how to live consciously and to benefit your life. 

The program is taped once a month at TVCTV in Beaverton, Oregon with a live audience that is given an opportunity to ask questions and participate.
